I designed this model from reference images of the sword from the game, with the intention of creating a 3D model of the sword that is proportionally accurate, and true to the blade from the game.

This thing is a work in progress, and eventually I'll have STLs up for a sectioned version of this model.

In case it matters to you:
The blade bevel is at 45 degrees
The STL is scaled to 41 inches long, which should be the proper scaling for a one handed sword more or less, and is scaled based on the intention to fit the grip to a human hand.

Update. 9/15/16
Sliced the blade into 5 inch sections. all but one of the 6 pieces are 5 inches each, and the holes on the parts are scaled to accommodate 3mm filament as attachment pieces. I intend to make mine from ABS since acetone welds tend to be decently strong. in total there are 9 pieces.
The center ring will be somewhat funky to print seeing as most of it wont sit flat due to its shape. however printing with support should fix this issue. If this becomes a big enough issue I'll put up a new part without the lip on either side. The pommel may also have the same issue.

Resolution:

.2

10

Notes:

My recommendations for printing the blade pieces are shown above. Remember that higher infills will increase weight, and put increasing amounts of stress on the center ring.
aside from that, I'll be printing 3 shell layers at 0.5 nozzle width each.
As far as the center ring goes, it may be the weakest part of the prop, and I'll likely print it at 25-40% infill
The handle will also likely be printed at a higher infill.
