This is Kylo Ren's Lightsaber that can be extended and retracted smoothly.
This design is pretty weak so DO NOT hit the blade very hard against things. You can light tap against other lightsabers or softer things but not fully swing.
To extend you just swing it and the blade will come out and to retract just either push to blade in with your hand or stab the ground with it and the blade will go back in the hilt. Also you can put in the crossguard lightsabers and put them back in very easily.
I printed mine in red and painted the Hilt black to resemble Kylo Ren's actual lightsaber.

I highly suggest printing this upside down with the blade side touching the plate
Supports needed
If the blade does not come out, you should lightly bang the hilt against a table or something hard and the blades should get unstuck from each other.
Also the more you play with it the more smooth the blades will be and the better it will work
You can shrink the design but not that much. I suggest nothing less than 90%. If it is too small the blades will be too close together and it will not work that well.

Post-Printing

Not much Post Printing Needed.
Slightly bang the hilt very lightly against a table if the blade does not come out.
And the two side blades should fit in nicely but if they are too big, then sand the edges and if they are too loose, then you can put electrical tape around the edges to make it a bit tighter fit.
