This is a MAF adapter that allows you to convert your stock intake into a short ram intake, or helps you build a cold air intake!

The only modification that I made to this design is that I removed the support bracket since I did not need it. This shaves hours off the print, especially with 100% infill and support.

According to the original designer:
This piece was created based on the CX-5 factory air box which include the MAF housing. It's on the thin side so print accordingly.

I made a revision:

Corrected some dimensions
Added the bottom support for a 2D plate to be bolted
Suggested to print in ABS at the maximum infill possible on your printer

You should make this part out of ABS or ASA for the heat resistance that it provides. Nylon and Polycarbonate should work too.

The heat deflection of ABS is about 100C (212F), which your air intake should never get to, but better safe than sorry.

Lower layer heights, around .16 - 0.2 also creates strong layer adhesion. Combines with 100% infill, you should get a really solid part.
