Eng: This is a remake of a .gif i´ve found on the internet. After completely reconstructing it in Fusion360 and printing I can say that it looks pretty simular. Sadly it doesn´t run smooth because of the layers (you can try printing it from ABS or ASA and smoot it with Acetone afterwards to make the Surface smoother). I will make another Stand (ST1) with more bracing to increase the strenght. Sadly this will make it look more closed and massive. Printing Gears in an angle is a pretty bad idea as well but to add ZR2 and ZR3 together you will need to print ZR2 at first laying flat on the buildplate and printing ZR3 at second in an slide angle (around 45°) to add them together while printing. If you got any results or ideas please let me know.

Ger: Dies ist ein Remake einer .gif die ich im Internet gefunden habe. Nachdem ich es in Fusion360 komplett rekonstruiert und ausgedruckt habe kann ich sagen, dass es dem Original ziemlich ähnlich sieht. Leider läuft es nicht allzu glatt durch die Reibung der beim Drucken entstandenen Schichten (Ihr könnt versuchen es aus ABS/ASA zu drucken und mit Aceton zu glätten um die Reibung zu reduzieren). Als nächstes werde ich einen neuen Fuß (ST1) anfertigen um dessen Stabilität durch mehr Verstrebungen zu erhöhen. Dies wird im Umkehrschluss das ganze mehr geschlossen und massiv aussehen lassen. Das Drucken von Zahnrädern in einem Winkel ist auch keine allzu gute Idee, allerdings notwendig um ZR2 und ZR3 miteinander zu verbinden. Zuerst muss ZR2 flach auf dem Druckbett gedruckt werden und während dem Druck von ZR3 (ZR3 in einem Winkel von etwa 45°) eingesetzt werden. Solltet ihr irgendwelche Ergebnisse erzielen oder Vorschläge haben lasst es mich bitte wissen.

Notes:

Eng: ZR3 needs to be printed in an angle so you can put ZR2 in it while printing. A lower layer hight should decrease the Friction between the Gears later on.

Ger: ZR3 sollte leicht schräg gedruckt werden, damit während dem Druck ZR2 eingesetzt werden kann. Eine geringere Schichthöhe sollte die Reibung reduzieren.
