BEHOLD!
The Ancient One has visited me on a dream (and prophetized by #CostumeChallenge) , and drove me to madness (of course).
After months of despair (an evening I guess), I dug on ancient books (and some Zbrush).
I've drawn the face of inextricable horror, a gaze of insanity, and a goatee of hideous tentacles (well tentacle-fingers from Tiger stores)
Printer:
Custom CoreXY
Rafts:
No
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:

Notes:
This thing is better printed on two halves, mirrored, and then glued.
If put on proper position, the halves should weight about 140gr with the minimum support possible.
The mask models should be 210mm tall on your printing software.
Strap the elastic to the mask
There's an orifice below the eyeball due a design error, but luckily (Cthulhu's plans are
ineffable) had a purpose. Pass thru some elastic band (20mm fabric) and staple on a little loop. That's it. Just pull the band and it will hide below the eye.
Get your head 3d Scanned
Yep!, I've used a Kinect sensor and some free software to get my head into the computer
Use some Zbrush magic to design the mask on your face!
Umm.. It's a kind of magic! (tm)
