This is the CED Starhawk, a non-playable ship in Descent3.
How I Designed This
I was given the CED Starhawk model in .ms3d by a friend who used a FL to MS3D tool.
I then converted to .stl using i3DConverterhttp://3doc.i3dconverter.com/
