I was bored and wanted to golf. I found a figure of Mario and redesigned him to be a Desk top golf toy. He is approximately 3 inches tall and puts a 6mm steel ball bearing. I included a 10mm ball, but i discovered he tends to drive or chip those, and they do not put as straight as the steel ball. He Has a lever inside that requires a 30mm rubber band (very small hair rubber band) down his leg to an attachment peg to create the swing. I also put screw holes for attaching the two main body pieces together. The screws I chose are an 8mm long screw (the same type used for video game controllers). I did design a putter for him, However i found it difficult to get it in place and work correctly. I personally used a Paper clip for that part of the mechanism. for that reason i included a putter head to attach to the paper clip. I also made a fairly elaborate putting green for him but it was more an arts and craft project.
