I recently discovered that Blender has some interesting capabilities for modifying meshes. I stumbled onto this design and decided to import it into Blender. I removed the bracelet and arm band spikes as well as the horns and then tried to add hair. It is a hack of a quality artwork but not terrible for my first attempt at using Blender to modify a .stl mesh I don't think.
I have not tried to print it. I see that file here isn't quite right (not manifold) however when I repair it (with Meshmixer) it looks good and slices in Cura and looks printable but the repaired file becomes too large to post back here. Hmm... It is going to take some further investigation...
I see there is a little cube that needs to be removed also... Scaling down so the cube and the model fit on the bed seems to allow it to slice. Clearly I have more to learn about Blender to straighten this out so consider this a work in progress...
