Supports everywhere, angle set to 0 (so supports under every overhang). X/Y distance 0.5m, Z distance 0mm. The model has a lot of thin overhangs that like to snap off mid print, even with ample support.
Beyond that, Be aware of difficulties resolving fine detail. The one I uploaded should print well on an Ender 3with 0.15mm layer height, but you might be able to scale that down if you have a higher end printer.
