This is Darth Maul's broken inquisitor lightsaber as seen in Star Wars Rebels. CaseStudyno8 did a fantastic job with his version, but I wanted something that looked like it was straight out of the show. All of the parts are redesigned except for the grip pieces.
For printing you need one of each piece except for the following of which you will need two: Neck, Emitter, Emitter Guard, White Button and Red Button. I recommend printing the three ring pieces face down for the best result.
