t800 style lower arm prosthetic.

The lower part is hollow, so it can be fitted on to the prosthetic arm socket.
Scale the arm to the right size, also do the same to the finger parts.
Then the t800 lower socket can be heated , so the socket will be moldable. The push the t800 lower part onto the prosthetic arm socket.

The prosthetic socket is NOT included in this model.

Notes:

I printed this in PETG, and used a 0.6 nozzle. With 0.4 layer highed

The middle section of the arm gives a non manifold, but this gives no problem during slicing (slic3r).

Post-Printing

fitting the t800 style arm to the prosthetic socket

The lower part of the t800 style arm is hollow. Just heat this part so it's moldable. Then place this on to the prosthetic socket. Make sure the alignment of the arm is right.
After cooling down you can connect these parts using glue or a mechanical fixture.
I added some coil springs to make sure the fingers will extend after flexion.
The lower and the mid part are bolted together. Put a rubber spacer between the parts, so it can rotate. Make sure the bolt is glued properly. I made one with mid part on top of the lower part and sliced this file. So i can be printed in one go. However if you do this. you can't let the arm make pro- or supination.
