This was a request model. I only had a few images online to base it on.
I split it to make it easier to print.
You will need to glue it together (and possibly make a clapper if you want).
It will most likely require support for most FDM printers/filaments. DLP might not need supports.
scale as desired.

Modeled in truespace6, meshmaker and sculptris
initial form in truespace,
exported to asc, converted to obj
import to meshmixer, used make solid at 200 factor
export to obj
import into sculptris to model the text, and soften some edges.
export to obj
import to meshmixer to plane cut and export to stl binary
