The Batman model enhancement by Geoffro is awesome! This was my first attempt at combining shapes and efforts through Tinkercad. I see there are plenty of koozies here on Thingiverse, but I didn't see anything Batman related.
I took a bunch of notes from the 3D Printing Nerd's "3D Printed Darth Vader Red Bull Koozie" and applied similar concepts for the Batman approach.

The insert diameter is 53.5mm and will hold most energy drink style cans.
This took 7 hours 38 minutes to complete the print. I did slow down the print speed (manually to about 75%) after reading about the pointy ears.
I have attached the STL and OBJ files for the koozie. Any additional feedback is appreciated - new the 3D printing space and toolsets!
