I used dressmaking pins to support the wheels not a good idea if you want this as a toy.
http://www.semaker.com/productdetail/4262 printed at 50% scaling looks about right for the motive power.
This model was made to replace the original one in a model village diorama.
I took the old model, measured it with a digital caliper then drew it in Sketchup. Rubbed down with fine wet & dry, primed and painted looks the part.
