Supports - Yes, in Slic3r - make sure that You checked "don't support bridges" - it prints just fine.
Infill 90% - to make it harder - it became more reliable then the original Opel's spare part. Actually - you have to order whole new headlight - to have this replacement part.
Customer was very satisfied - I gave him 4 more of this mounts, which were printed as test examples (didn't match the size exactly).
