This is the Pioneer Class from Star Trek Online made from scratch, eyeballing some screenshots I took. I believe this is "taller" than the one in game, but I like a standardized saucer because it's easier to keep using that part over and over again and I've always figured Starfleet did the same thing. My thought is that to a Starfleet ship yard, saucers and nacelles are standard. The rest of the stuff is built for the class. Some sources say this, some dispute it. Who knows.
Anyway, this thing is ugly, but it grew on me as I was playing the game. So, I made it while I was taking a break from playing.

Notes:
I recommend the struts and dishes to be printed as solid as possible. The struts are almost horizonal, so they'll be bearing a lot of the load of the weight of the nacelles. On the hull, you might want a thicker bottom since you may have to sand it a bit to get it to fit in to the saucer evenly. The upper section of the saucer is thin because I got tired of puttying the seams and then digging putty out of the windows on the saucer. You may need some clips to glue it to the bottom part.
