This is a lightsaber design that is meant to be fit around PVC. Just print out the parts and slip them onto a 1" sch40 PVC pipe with a length of 12 inches. Secure with super glue. Add the claws to the emitter piece with glue as well.

Feel free to mess around with infill. Shouldn't be an issue at all. I'd stick with a higher resolution, but you can go lower if you wish to do more post-print clean up.
