The basics...
I used Autodesk Inventor.
I used surface modelling, where I created a 'skeleton' of the desired shapes to produce surface features which I patched together into solid objects.
Sometimes features were obtained (e.g. the wavy tops of the egg cups) by sculpting one shape from another and other times the surface models were replicated using either the mirror or rectangular pattern features.
I finished off by filleting the edges of features to make it look smooth and organic.
