The original upload was not really printable. I cleaned up the mesh, combined parts, beefed up some areas and put in additional structural supports. Printed 8" version successfully on an Ultimaker 3 with dissolvable supports. The walls of the body are still very thin at that size, scaled down any more probably won't work.
