I remixed this, made a couple of modifications and most of all I designed the blade from a screenshot.
You need an M4 threaded rod or 4mm shaft (about 600mm long) to give the sword the resistance it needs.
I'm going to test print it this week but it shouldn't have any problems.
You need a 160mm z height at least, should require about 250g of PLA.

Insert the M4 rod or shaft, add some epoxy glue in all the contact points.
When its dry, sand the piece and then you can prime and print it.
