This may be used as a mold with all of the qualifiers about food safety. It is made with PETG and we use liners. Cleaning is critical.

Notes:
Hex or concentric infill seems to work well also. Given the size of the part, bed leveling and adhesion are critical. For a glass plate, glue stick works well at 87C.
Clean, clean, clean
If you are going to use this with food, hygiene is critical. Make sure all of the whiskers are removed and everything is cleaned. We put a layer of cellophane down.
Offsets and layers
Using Autocad fusion 360, I started with the outline. Then made an offset and join the two faces to create the taper needed.
