This is a recreation of the reliquary Hellboy hands to Abe before he dives in to a whole heap of trouble. The clear tube is a section of plastic test-tube.

Finishing
Print the parts at a nice high resolution. I vapour smoothed the pieces, which worked really well. The top needs to be glued to the lid.
The clear tube is about 60mm/2.5" cut from a 25 x 140mm (40ml) plastic test tube (see picture below).
To finish the parts were sprayed gold, roughly brushed with black acrylic and wiped clean. The bone was painted using acrylic paints to look like bone.
Modelled in Sketchup, mesh cleaned up in Silo 3D then the detail added in Sculptris.
