Here we have my rendition of the Cortana Data Chip. Decided to do this as a bit of fun and see how fine a detail i could achieve on my printer.
I would say that the model is about 95% accurate to the one as seen in Halo 3 (i think it looks the best) with the differences being in the plug and the screws ( The detail accurate one would be far too small to print with any clarity)
I printed mine at 50% infill in ABS, any material should work.
Simply print the two files (each side is different) and adhere together, using epoxy, superglue etc. you could be really fancy and put some thin acrylic in between the two halves if you desired. (I didn't on mine, but may in the future. I am also going to paint mine and make it look more realistic. Ill add the photos when i do.
