I wanted to 3D print a Mini Cooper but found no models on Thingiverse. Finding a model was quite challenging, but after a while of digging I found a video game that offered a few 3D models to show how good they were. I was able to download them, and after a series of conversions and a lot of software, primarily Meshmixer, I was able to separate what I wanted from the wheels and the body. I had to decrease the resolution a bit because it was over 300,000 triangles, the maximum for Tinkercad, but I did it in unimportant spots. Then I simplified the wheels, and made an axle system that should work fine. I made the bottom flat so it could print, so part of the bumper is gone.

You may need to scale it down for your printer but the axle should still work, there is a lot of clearance. I will print it ASAP and post some pictures, please try it out for yourself.

Print the car, Repetier shows it will take around 4 hours (I will print it once I get my heated bed working), then print 2 of the wheels, and 2 of the wheels with axle. Assembly is simple, just slide the axle through the car and glue to to the other wheel, it will probably not hold from friction. I printed one a set of wheels (one with axle and one without) and that took 45 minutes, so 90 minutes to print all 4. Once that is assembled, the rear axle may fall through the car, you can see what I mean in the picture. That is what the bottom thing is for. Glue that to the bottom of the car on the rear axle, and then the axle should be able to slide in easily but not fall out. This piece took about 10 minutes. Use supports when printing the car, and no supports with the wheels.

I uploaded a file that has a fixed right mirror, it gave a manifold warning so i'll keep the original up as well.
Please post your post your pictures and comment if you have any problems.
