We have been successful printing this on our Replicator 2 with support structure at the default medium resolution setting in Makerware. High resolution seems to lead to a support structure that is very difficult to remove.
The largest model printed to date was wrapped in the same Vinyl used on the full size Rally Fighter, and was then affixed to a Nikko 1/16 scale drift car. Future plans include printing in multiple pieces to achieve bigger size bodies, with the intent of converting a Traxxas trophy truck to a scale Rally Fighter.
