When I printed this I had some trouble with the tendons under the jaw. I put solid bases on them, instead of the points they started on. I don't think you would even notice the difference visually. You want to print this full size so you have deep enough pockets for your pens. I made as much space as I could inside the skull, without effecting the outer appearance.
I used two processes in Simplify. The first for the base I used infill of 10% and a resolution of .3 mm. At 27 mm, the skull, I switched to an infill of 15% at .2 mm.
File selection:
I was informed what I thought were tendons are actually supports added by the designer, so I added another file with them in there original form (points). This model would print perfectly fine with out the supports, as long as you use infill. The next one I print of this model I will remove the supports completely. If you are interested in that file leave a comment and I will add it.
