I have splited the handle in two and then stick together with abs slurry.
For the blade I follow the same process using raft to prevent warping.
The knucle its ready to emboos a 7 mm bolt inside
The tang dont reach the bolt as it should be, bolt its only for decorative pourposes.
Need to polish and sand afterwork to fit the blade tang in the handle and screw the bolt.
Sorry for the big size of the handle file. i dont know how to make it lighter without loose detail. Sugestions are welcome.
Acetone vapor bath recomended.
I would like to electroplatting the knive someday, in this moment im doing tests.
