Designed from the ground up in Fusion 360 I liked these so much I thought I would upload the files.
The lower you can take the layer height the better but of course that will whack up print time.
I used the Slic3r Prusa Editions amazing variable layer height feature and the colorprint tool to make the multicolour badges. When I get my multimaterial upgrade I will create some multicolour versions.

You are free to do whatever the heck you want with these. Just keep in mind that some Star Trek type company (Probably CBS or Paramount) will own these designs, attribute me and let me know! Don't cry if you get sued.
