Background cleaned, all set black with MS Paint.
Then, with MS 3D builder, extrusion in a 3D shape, integration of a holding ring and square blocks to attach the pieces in one solid element.

To have a nice flat result, prepare well your bed for adhesion, I use a raft to have it perfect.
Let it cool before removing, especially if you have a heated bed, again, not to distord it.
To enhance the finish, paint it with acrylic paint, on the bottom tail wing, to get the "healed Toothless" design, with it's prosteathic tail.
