Fusion 360
I used a 40 mm cylinder and holed/modeled a M30/3.5 thread inside. I also designed a matching threaded cap. I followed the dimensions in Wikipedia to design a slit that can fit a 2 euro coin
Meshmixer
I imported and hollowed the model. I scaled it to be able to accommodate the cap I designed in Fusion360. I imported the parts from Fusion360 as custom parts, and boolean substracted/ merged them with the model.
Preform
I used a vertical placement with hole facing away from the build platform. I placed the internal supports manually.
