The aim with my first spool design was to be able to fit the entire spool assembly on a 120x120x120mm bed (monoprice mini select in my case).
I also wanted the option for a larger capacity spool to hold multiple filament samples to be as tidy and space-saving as possible.
This larger capacity design still fits on the same size build plate if you print 4 arms in one print run, and the hub in another.
The internal diameter of the hub is identical to the more compact design to the large spool holder accompanying this iteration will hold the spools from version 1.
