Half cuff, half linked bars, with built in clasps.
Internal diameter is about 180-190mm so you may need to scale up or down.

The chain is vertical because I only have a 100mm^3 bed.
If desired you can open in sketchup, double click one section and rotate it flat then paste in as many as you want (.5mm space between them. Then copy, rotate 180deg, and offset 50% for the joining links).
