"Spectre and Hydra Hand Spinner"
I made this 2 Hand Spinner for the Fun.
I have used small weights and both are working great.
On the spectre picture we can see the v1 and the v2. V1 worked with tremor so i added a counterweight to stabilize the piece.
I put a small piece of plastic to close the bottom hole ( counterweight ) on the spectre piece. ( you can not use it if you want ).
