This a Mad Max Main Force Patrol badge, as seen in Mad Max (1979)
You can either print the whole badge flat with supports, or print it without the star, print the star separately, and glue them together. Pieces should be printed flat in any of the cases. If for some reason you don't want the wings, there's a shield without them too.
