i wanted to try a model w/ a lot of sharp edges, so hulkbuster was an ideal candidate.
after marking sharps and creases for the last few hours i'm exhausted, but i did learn a lot and my workflow is improving. there are some minor issues w/ his back, and his high arches might be problematic for printing the first layer (maybe try to print rafts). otherwise i left him intact and didn't even remodel manifold edges, leaving that task to netfabb instead. hopefully the model's ok. i sliced him up and scanned through the layers but haven't printed him yet so do it at your own risk. the shoulder pads hover and i didn't want to extrude/booleans them into the body, so supports are a definitely a must. i kept the edges as sharp as possible since they'll be dulled down anyway by printing layers.
this model was subsurface modified at 2x (~11MB) but i can send you a 3x (40MB+) if you really want to print this at a larger size. let me know if you have any questions, issues or recommendations.
Notes:
this is a pretty complex model. i really shouldn't be telling you how to use your printer.
