Here is a very accurate model of a Fender Jazzmaster for you guys at 1:20 scale. Every little thing has been designed in fusion 360 at full scale and then reduced for printing. Hope you guys like it. :)
Printer:
ANET A8
Rafts:
Doesn't Matter
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
.1
Infill:
20%
Notes:
The only thing that needs support is the neck and you might be able to print it without depending on your printer. Remember to print 6 of the machine heads. You might be able to print it at lower resolution but I cant guarantee that all the tiny parts will be made properly.
Some details like the bridge casing and frets don't seem to print at this scale. All of the detail is in the model however and may print if a smaller .2 nozzle is used. You could also scale the entire model up a bit if you want.
I haven't modeled a whammy as I hardtail all my rigs :)
Designed in fusion 360 using solid body, patch and sculpt environments. This was designed as a 1:1 full scale model and reduced to 20% for printing. Some details from the full scale model were modified slightly for better printing.
Let me know if you guys like the body cavity routing or would rather have the body print solid.
