These are 16 ligne buttons, the same size used for men's shirts. They are 10.16mm in diameter and have holes sized for sewing. Corners are nicely rounded, and the inside of the button is convex on the front. Possibly useful during a wardrobe emergency :)

The buttons in the photos were printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. I used 0.1mm layer height, and either 0.1 or 0.2mm width (most were 0.2mm). It was an experiment to see what resolution I could get from this nozzle - it would be perfectly fine to use other settings. Prints with no supports.
Optional post processing
One of the buttons has a more matte finish. I hit it with a green scrubby a bit to rough it up, and finished with an acetone rub. Gives it a look like bone or wood with the plastic I used. They look good right off the printer though.
