My wife and I love nautical decorations. I was looking around for a Porthole model on various sites that offered 3D models and came up empty. At that point I decided to make my own. I designed this model in Fusion 360. It is a standard 2 Dog porthole. All parts are 3D printed. I printed it in PLA. There is a lip around the window in which you can place a 128 mm round piece of glass or plexi glass.

I printed the Pivots, Bolts and Nuts at 100% infill to make them stronger with all of them straight up with only supports touching bed. I tried with full supports and ended up doing a lot of work on the Threads on the bolts afterwards. The Pivots and the Nut was printed with no supports with good results. The Pivots I printed scaled to 96% but kept the length at 100% to get them to fit snugly. Depending on the resolution your printer you may need to adjust this scale. The Bottom was printed with no supports and the Window was printed with supports. At full size it will just fit to print on a 200 mm by 200 mm print bed. I printed mine on an Anet A8.
