Notes:
I actually printed most of the parts at 40 micron (0.04mm) with a 0.4mm nozzle. I printed the body at .1 but I'm sure most of it could be printed at .1 or even .2 but the fine detail would be lost. At this scale, the frets dont seem to be printable but the detail is in the model so if you wanted you could scale the whole thing up a bit to be able to make it printable. Also, the strap buttons are too small for my current setup and would probably require a .2 nozzle to pull off.
I printed the body and the neck with support
I'd love to see how other people do with their prints.
Assemble with a suitable adhesive for your material. I used PLA and a few dabs of c.a..
Designed in fusion 360 using a combination of solid body, patch and sculpt methods. The strat was modeled at full scale and was reduced 20:1 for the print version. Some things had to be changed a bit to allow for printing but the differences are very small. As some of you will notice, the bridge/trem is a bit of a mashup for ease of printing and assembly.
