i printed mine whole with a 0.8mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer height on a 12" printer.
I could be cut up for smaller printers.
If you scale it to fit your head, do it uniformly, and don't forget to scale the gems, or they wont fit.
when test fitting, print only the first 20mm or so and try it on, like a head band. i might save you material in the end. it took me 3 tries.
I sanded, filer primed, sanded, primed, and painted all parts.
